How to remove tags from the page source indicating the Sitefinity product and its version?
How to remove the meta tag Generator from the html generated for the site, which gives out information related to the version of Sitefinity?

When browsing any frontend page generated by Sitefinity and view the page source there is a <meta> tag named Generator where there is information about the product name and its version.
