Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause
The JDBC driver is not been set, specifically in the default lock-wait not enough for the number of transactions where this exception can occur.
Resolution
Add the parameter -SQLLockWaitTimeout 15 and restart the database and BP servers.

1. Open the $ DLC_WRK \ oebpsdb \ oebps.pf
2. Add the parameter -SQLLockWaitTimeout 15 and restart the database and BP servers.
(It changes the lock-wait time from default 5 seconds to 15)
