Page template wrongly set to be synced

Question/Problem Description
Opening a Page Template for edition and exit the edit mode without saving any change, causes the Page Template is set to be synced.

Cause
The behavior is caused by a bug already fixed in Sitefinity. More details in the following link:

Feedback Portal, SiteSync: Opening a Page Template for edition and going back without making any change, marks the Page Template as modified and it will be listed for synchronization:

Resolution
To overcome this inconvenience upgrade the project, preferably to the latest internal build.
