Clarifying Information
Error MessageBizLogic | ERROR | ejbServer | BizLogic | (3664):Loopcounter for workstep <Workstep_Name> for PI <Process_Template_Name#PIID> has already reached maximum limit of <500>
Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause
This limit is defined in the bizlogic.conf file located under SBM_HOME/conf directory
Resolution
Increase the specified value for the below parameter in bizlogic.conf and re-start the servers. 

'bizlogic.ws.max.activationcount'=500
