Question/Problem Description
After installing Sitefinity from the Azure Marketplace the option to select Azure when configuring Azure Blob Storage Provider is unavailable.

Cause
The cause of this behavior is a missing DLL.
Resolution
- Download the Project Manager from your Sitefinity.com account corresponding to the project version hosted on Azure (Administration > Version & Licensing)

How to download Sitefinity Project Manager or SDK

- Locate the Telerik.Sitefinity.Azure DLL in the Empty_Project's bin folder (created with Project Manager when first project is created) and upload the file to the Azure project's bin folder
- This can be done through Administration > File Manager
- The site will automatically reinitialize
