Question/Problem Description
Browse cell incorrectly updated if preceeding cell value is changed via combo-box.

Browse cell incorrectly updated when concealed / moved out of viewport if preceeding cell value is changed via combo.

Browse has 2 existing rows and a new row is added between them.

When changing value of the combo and then scrolling the column out of the view (with horizontal scroll-bar) and back again, the value of the cell in the next row has changed to the value selected in the combo..

For example,

Browse with cell with VIEW-AS COMBO-BOX

If the new row is added as the last row of the browse, then the selected value is replicated to the first row of the browse.

If the new row is added as the first row of the browse, then the selected value is replicated to the middle row of the browse.
Steps to Reproduce
