OS: All supported OS versions
Database: All supported Microsoft SQL Server versions
Question/Problem Description
Project fails to initialize after NuGet package has been added to a project.
Unable to build the project due to Telerik.Web.UI
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Error Message"Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2017.2.621.40, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies.
Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause
The cause of this is due to a change in the PublicKeyToken or the assembly is missing from the Nuget server.

Resolution
The DLL with the correct PublicKeyToken has been updated in the Sitefinity NuGet Repository. Before applying the new updated package the NuGet cache will need to be cleared. Without clearing the NuGet cache and the package is reapplied the same error will be present.

Or, the version of the Telerik.Web.UI conflicts with the server. If so:
1. Make the package source http://nuget.sitefinity.com/nuget its the first in the list

2. Flush DNS ( CMD >> ipconfig /flushdns)

3. Clear nuget cache from VS once again
