(3831)  SYSTEM ERROR: rlrdprv: note len 12 too big
Defect/Enhancement Number
The database broker is running in a Docker container environment.

Start the database engine on an environment without Docker containers. 

Docker containers can be used with other OpenEdge 11.7.4 components like PASOE, but not for the database broker.
