Error MessageSYSTEM ERROR: Invalid update request. New record should have size > 0

SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid update request. New record should have size > 0
rowid area size . (14883)

SYSTEM ERROR: Undo failed to reproduce the record in area 11 with rowid 760312326 and return code -20098. (10566)

SYSTEM ERROR: Undo failed to reproduce the record in area <area-num> with rowid <DBKEY> and return code <Return Code>. (10566)
Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause
 There is physical database corruption which affects the Before Image.
Resolution

Try the following options:

1) Restore a recent backup prior to the time when corruption occurred and roll forward the After Image extents.

2) Try to repair the current database after truncating the Before Image with the -F parameter.

It is important to highlight that forcing the database is a last resource procedure as indicate in the article:  000020275 Consequences of using the -F startup option

After this proceed to use DBRPR as follows:

proutil <db name> -C DBRPR 
 
Select option 1: Database Scan Menu

then

Select the following options:

ON 1. Report Bad Blocks
ON 3. Reformat Bad Blocks
ON 4. Report Bad Records
ON 5. Delete Bad Records
ON 7. Rebuild Free Chain
ON 8. Rebuild RM Chain

ON A: Apply scan to all areas    <---- V9 and later

G. Go

Scan Backward (Yes/No)? n

Rebuild all indexes using:

proutil <db name> -B <# of buffers> -C idxbuild all -TB 24 -TM 32
