Question/Problem Description
Steps to Reproducetcman list - manager, oemanger, root stopped
tcman service oepas1 status - not running
tcman service oepas1 register - registered
tcman service oepas1 status - not running
tcman service oepas1 start - started
tcman plist - <pid's show correctly>
tcman list -  root, manager, oemanager running
tcman deploy -u user:password c:\deploy\MyWebApp.war - OK deployed, has been added to C:\dlcwrk\oepas1\webapps\MyWebApp
tcman list - root, manager, oemanager, running, the MyWebApp web app is not in the list despite the fact the deploy appeared to work

Cause
This is expected behavior.
Resolution
The deployed applications are not updated immediately.
Restart PASOE to have it populate the list.

Example:
tcman service oepas1 stop 
tcman service oepas1 start
tcman list
