To Add CVS plug-in

1. Click on Help->Install new Software Menu in PDS 
2. Select in "Work with" list site "Eclipse Project Updates - http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.3" 
3. Type CVS in the filter field. That should bring options to install CVS Client and cliente Resources plug-ins. 
4. Check Eclipse CVS Client and press NEXT button,  NEXT again, accept terms and press FINISH
5. Restart Progress Developer Studio
