Navigate to Setup Home > Object and select CUSTOMER object.
  1. Clone an existing "Mass Update" page
  2. Design the new page, modify its page name property (I.e. Mass Update - S3 Info)

  4. Click on Save button.

Navigate to System Console > Customers
  1. Select customers from the list
  2. Click on the group action button [ ... ]
  3. Click on "Mass Update - S3 Info" action
  4. Fill out the new values
  5. Click on Save.
Unload and load the tenant.
Workaround
Performing an update directly into the database:
Check the column name at Customer object (masterzone).
Example:
STR25 = S3 bucket
STR26 = S3 ID/Account Name
STR27 = S3 Key/Account Key

UPDATE RB_CUST_DATA SET STR25='NEW BUCKET', STR26='NEW ACCOUNT', STR27='NEW KEY';
commit;

PS: The query will update all existing records. If needed, add WHERE clause.
