Question/Problem Description
Site upgraded to Sitefinity 11.1 started to exhibit slowness in page edit and content edit when there is a high frontend load on the site.
Steps to ReproduceThe problem can be reproduced in load test scenario after setting varyByParams = "*" of the standard pages outout cache profile (which is the default one for pages) and simultaniously:
- browse different fronend pages (5 users in parallel)
- edit those page (1 user)
- browse another page (not edited) with different unique query string parameters

Sitefinity cache dependency functionality that saves data in tables [sf_oc_itms] and [sf_oc_dpendencies] tables makes excessive database queries.
Resolution
Fixed in Sitefinity 12.1.7126.0
