Question/Problem Description
OpenEdge Explorer/Management landing page is not displaying properly after login.
Other OEM/OEE pages display a distorted layout. 
After login the landing page "http://<hostname>:9090/view/view.jsp?key=collection.user_<user name>.Home.view.Default" comes up blank.
Chrome reports that server unexpectedly closed the connection. ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING.
Specifying a different jsp(e.g. resources/resourcegrid.jsp) page or removing "?key=collection.user_admin.Home.view.Default" from the URL works.
Chrome developer mode shows 200(OK) at the landing page but in red as if an error occured.

Issue is consistent between multiple browsers and machines. 
Fathom shows as running.

The exact cause is not known at this time.
ConfigDB seems to be corrupted. 
Resolution
None at this time.
Workaround
Specify a different jsp page(e.g. resources/resourcegrid.jsp) or remove "?key=collection.user_admin.Home.view.Default" from the URL in order to bypass the landing page.

Backup the fathom configuration database, 000022600 How to backup Fathom Management configuration?
Bring the AdminServer down rename the configdb directory under <OE install>/oemgmt/config to something like configdb_og or delete it.
Restart the AdminServer, this will force the AdminServer to recreate the config db.
