Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
No batch processes running.
Does not cause interruption in workflow.
Error MessageSYSTEM ERROR: lkrels record <recid> not locked. (435)
Defect/Enhancement Number
Lock manager was trying to unlock a record but there was no longer any entry for it in the lock table to unlock.
The client-session was updating a corrupted index.
Run idxcheck to identify the index corruption, then address corruption identified with either idxfix (online) or idxbuild (offline).
