Unable to start a second ABL GUI client on Windows.

Attempting to start a second session fails with no errors.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
The client uses the -wss client startup parameter.

Cause
Windows Single Session parameter (-wss) limits the user to start just one ABL GUI session in the machine.
Resolution
If more than one session is required remove the -wss parameter.
