All fixes and enhancements made in the JDBC drivers can be viewed in the README.txt file available with the product install and the fixes.txt file from the latest hot fix from each version. The fixes.txt file also describes in which hot fix exactly a certain fix is made.
README.txt and fixes.txt are located in the <install_dir> folder on Windows and Unix.

The README.txt file for the latest JDBC driver can also be viewed at the product documentation:

The README.txt file for the latest and previous versions is available on the Download Center/ESD website: http://www.progress.com/esd
