Error when running the WindowsAuthWebHost project required for Windows Authentication in Sitefinity 10.0 and above.

Error MessageThis configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".

The configuration section is set as Read Only.
1. Go to IIS Manager.
2. Select the Server
3. Click on Feature Delegation (in IIS 7.5 under Management Section).
4. Go to Authentication -> Windows and set it as Read/Write.
