Question/Problem Description
Not able to publish items after an upgrade.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Find the problematic URL in the DB. This could be an orphaned URL or a duplicate URL.
Error Message'An item with URL already exists'

Cause
Resolution
Run a similar query in the DB to delete the duplicate URL:
 
USE [DB_NAME] 
GO 

DELETE FROM [dbo].[sf_url_data] 
WHERE url = '/{duplicate_url}' 
GO
