Clarifying Information
Error Message
Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause
The Rule Project was created in Corticon Studio by going to File > New > Project instead of going to File > New > Rule Project
and, therefore, the needed Rule information was not available (i.e. Coritcon Extensions) for the project.
Resolution
When creating a new Corticon Rule Project within Studio, use File > New > Rule Project
Workaround
1) Add the snippet below to the Eclipse .project file of each Project and restart Corticon Studio.
The .project files are located in the project directory of the workspace location.
e.g. C:\Users\<userid>\workspace\<myprojectname>\.project
      <buildSpec>
           <buildCommand>
                 <name>com.corticon.eclipse.studio.builder.corticonBuilder</name>
           </buildCommand>
      </buildSpec>
      <natures>
           <nature>com.corticon.eclipse.studio.ui.corticonNature</nature>
      </natures>

Therefore, the .project file should look similar to the following:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<projectDescription>
            <name>myprojectname</name>
            <comment></comment>
            <projects>
            </projects>
            <buildSpec>
                 <buildCommand>
                       <name>com.corticon.eclipse.studio.builder.corticonBuilder</name>
                       <arguments>
                       </arguments>
                 </buildCommand>
            </buildSpec>
            <natures>
                 <nature>com.corticon.eclipse.studio.ui.corticonNature</nature>
            </natures>
</projectDescription>
