"Dashboard Notifications" widget throws permission exception for non-admin users when license about to expire

Question/Problem Description
The "Dashboard Notifications" widget present in the dashboard page throws an "Access denied" exception when a non-admin user logs in and accesses the Dashboard and the license is about to expire.

The widget shows a "Purchase renewal" link which is not allowed to be executed by non-admin users.

Sitefinity Internal Build 10.2.6626.0.
Delete the "Dashboard Notifications" widget from the Dashboard page or change its permissions to "Administrators only".

To perform this:
  1. Navigate to Administration > Backend Pages, click on "Ok, Continue".
  2. Navigate to Sitefinity -> Dashboard -> Dashboard.
  3. Edit the Dashboard page and delete the "Dashboard Notifications" widget or modify its permissions.
