Question/Problem Description
The code sample from the following Documentation is not working: https://www.progress.com/documentation/sitefinity-cms/tutorial-create-a-web-form-with-a-form-response-editor
When editing a Form Response on the Frontend, the edit button does not work.

Cause
Cause 1
The documentation article is not set to the correct version of Sitefinity.

Cause 2
The Form was created in MVC mode instead of WebForms mode.

Cause 3
The site is being run locally and does not have a set domain.
Resolution
Resolution 1
Change the documentation article to the installed version of Sitefinity, as per Progress KB 000082715 Unable to Find Features Referred to in Documentation

Resolution 2
Recreate the Form in WebForms mode.

Resolution 3
Configure Sitefinity to use the domain set by IISExpress, or deploy the site to IIS.
