Is there a parameter for WebSpeed Agents to limit their CPU usage?

Is there a parameter that can be configured on WebSpeed Broker or Agent that will prevent the agent from acquiring more than X amount CPU? 

How to prevent a down issue due to all the server CPU being consumed by the WebSpeed agent?

Having a runaway process in the application code.
There isn't any WebSpeed broker or agent parameter that would limit the amount of CPU it can use.
Diagnose the application code to discover why is all the server CPU being consumed by the WebSpeed agent. For more information, please see the Notes section below.

Optionally, install OpenEdge Monitoring product which will detect high CPU usage and automatically send an alert (via email, for example), so that the administrator can act on the affected WebSpeed agent.

Alternatively, create a batch script that will detect 100% CPU usage and automatically send an alert to the system administrator.
