Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information

1. Both online and offline backup will crash.
2. The cipher change command and update command were successful.
3. The object reported in the error is part of the change but in the area reported in the error.
4. Change the cipher back to AES192 probkup works.
5. None of the integrity utilities found any corruption.

Cause
Defect in probkup and prorest utilities.
The object or blocks reported in error are on free cluster list. Both utilities will scan free blocks, but other utilities do not.
Resolution
Upgrade to Openedge 11.7.5 or 12.1 .
At the time of writing, 11.7.5 is targeted for end Q2/early Q3 2019. And 12.1 is targeted for end Q3/early Q4 2019.
