Sitefinity not generating error logs

Question/Problem Description
There are no log files generated in App_Data > Sitefinity > Logs
Sitefinity is not generating error logs.
Error logs are not being generated.

Cause
There are various causes for this issue.
Resolution
Review the following:

- Verify that the App_Data folder and all subfolders and files have read/write permissions. (for more information see Progress Article 000075595, Error logs are not getting created )

- Check if a third-party tool for Error logging is enabled (e.g. Elmah).

- Verify that the error logs are not disabled (e.g. as specified in Sitefinity Forums, Disable error log https://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/forums/developing-with-sitefinity-/disable-error-log )

- Enable debugging and delete all the current logs in App_Data/Sitefinity/Logs
