How to view the status of a Sitefinity bug?
What to do if a Sitefinity bug is not visible in SupportLink?
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
SupportLink displays only defects that have been attached to an account's case.
Error Message
Defect Number
Enhancement Number
1. Log in to SupportLink at
2. On the SupportLink landing page click on Defects
3. By default a list of all defects in the last 12 months appears. To view all defects change the view to "All Defects - By Case Severity" using the dropdown
4. Click on a defect to view more details

Note: If a bug is not visible in the defect list that means it has not been attached to a case in the currently logged-in account. Submit a support case with the defect number (if known) or as much description of the defect as possible and the support team will attach the bug to the case so that it appears in the defect list.
