Defect Number
Enhancement Number
Cause
This is expected behavior.
If the application code makes use of ADM2 objects, some objects such as as-utils.w require an appsrvtt.d file to be configured and within the PROPATH of the PDSOE project to correctly find the AppServer connection information.

Resolution
The article listed below has instructions on how to generate an appsrvtt.d and also on the general format of the appsrvtt.d contents.

Create an appsrvtt.d if none exists and put the appsrvtt.d (with the appropriate partition name and AppServer connection string) within the PDSOE project propath.
Workaround
Have to fully deploy program changes to test programs
