Is it okay to disable the the -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.* JVM settings?

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=1914x

Resolution
The following JVM settings can be set for security purposes:

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=1914x

Setting the above values will disable the ability to use JConsole but will not otherwise affect OpenEdge.
