Start PASOE through OEE

This PASOE instance has numInitialAgents and maxAgents set to a high number.

This is expected behavior. 

This behavior is excepted. There is a limit on max recursive depth of process tree scan of 20 recursively.

This only apply to windows platforms. It is to guard against runaway recursion.

Resolution

The warning can be ignored.
