When running the License Extension Utility (ddextwin.exe) on Windows the below error is returned.

Clarifying Information
Error MessageThe application failed to start because MSVCR100.DLL was not found. Re-installating the application may fix this problem.
Defect/Enhancement Number
Microsoft Visual Studio or the Microsoft C++ redistributable is a prerequisite for running this license utility in a Windows Environment.
Install Microsoft Visual Studio or the Microsoft C++ redistributable to obtain a copy of the "C Runtime Library (CRT) for native code" (MSVCR100.DLL).
