Order Fulfillment

If you do not receive your order fulfillment e-mail from Ipswitch within 30 minutes of your purchase:

  1. Login into the Community , and go to the My Support  page to retrieve your license and downloads.
  2. Having problems accessing the customer portal? Contact the Contact Support  with an access/account question.

Support Eligibility

Technical Support is available to all owners of Ipswitch products (Excluding WS_FTP Pro) who are within warranty (30 days from date of purchase), or covered by an active Service Agreement. You can purchase a 1-3 year Service Agreement, which includes technical support and all upgrades. Learn more
