When upgrading to a new/active/supported/latest version of Corticon :

a] User is entitled to obtaining hot fixes/patches for defects/issues reported on a new release. 
For retired versions of Corticon we only a best effort support , where suggestions , possible workarounds and configuration changes that might address a problem are provided, but no patches/fixes will be provided on a retired version.

b] User will automatically get the fixes for all the issues/defects addressed between old/retired version and the new version

c] User will be able to make use of the new features and product enhancements that are not available in the older version.

d] User will be able to use Corticon with newer versions of the supported platforms ( OS, Database , Java . .NET Framework etc )
