If using Nuget Packages:

  1. Open the following page:

  1. Find the last available version, that corresponds major version of the Sitefinity Project. The last two digits correspond to the patch version

Eg:  For 12.2  the patch is 12.2.7232

  1. Install the patch via NuGet in Visual studio

Sitefinity Documentation, Install

The patches do not include any API or breaking changes or DB Schema changes, as major versions do.

If using Project Manager:*

Download the Hotfix or Patch from your account after logging to  go to Account Overview -> Products & Subscriptions -> select Sitefinity CMS -> click Download installer and other resources and to Sitefinity. On this page change the version dropdown to the version required.

Only the latest patch is available under the patches section.
